Look at storage days and consolidation rules before you look at the fee.

What is the cheapest way to compare?

Should I switch to save a few dollars?
Usually not. The switch cost (unshipped items, balance, re-declaration) often exceeds the difference. Switch for a capability, not for a coupon.
