Five formats · five tests · re-checked quarterly

The best Kakobuy spreadsheet is the one you can audit.

There is no single best sheet. There is a five-minute test that tells you whether the one in front of you is worth another minute.

Five formats, numbered for reading order

The numbers are not a podium. They are a reading order: start with the format that fits the job, then check it.

Best for browsing. Check the date on every card.

Do it yourself

The five-minute audit

Open any sheet. Do these five things in order. Stop when two fail.

  1. 1

    Check the date

Find a specific date, not “updated today”. If the newest row is older than 45 days, treat the sheet as a reference, not a shop.

  2. 2

    Click five rows

Open five product links at random. Count how many return 200 and still show the same item. Two failures out of five is a red flag.

  3. 3

    Read one QC note

A real QC note names a defect, a measurement or a photo angle. “QC included” is not a note.

  4. 4

    Compare one price

Pick one item and compare the sheet price with the product page. A mismatch is not always fraud, but it must be explained.

  5. 5

    Find the method

Who checked it, when, and what they could not verify. If there is no answer, the sheet is a list, not an index.

Questions

Four questions about the audit

Is this a ranking?

It is an audit of five public formats, not a traffic ranking. The scores are editorial, dated, and based on what a reader can see without an account.

Why does the most complete site not rank first here?

Because completeness is not the only test. A site can have 650 QC sets and still hide the price, bury the method or fill the first screen with promoted rows.

Can I copy the scorecard?

Yes. The five tests are public and reproducible: freshness, QC specificity, link health, price clarity and reading effort. Run them yourself before trusting any list, including this one.

What would make you change the order?

A site that fixes its date discipline and link health, or one that starts publishing real QC evidence instead of the word “QC”. We re-check quarterly.

Run the test on the index you use

Then open the shelf you need. A good audit ends with a decision, not a bookmark folder.
