Email [email protected]. There is no contact form, no chat widget and no account. A real inbox is easier to keep honest than a form that silently fails.
We usually reply within two working days. We do not provide order support, customs advice or a buying service; those belong to the platform and the carrier.
What to include
- The exact URL of the page.
- What is wrong, with a screenshot or a link.
- The date you saw it, if the issue is time-sensitive.
- Whether you want a correction, a removal or a clarification.
What we cannot help with
- Order status, refunds or disputes.
- Customs decisions or tax advice.
- Authentication of an item.
- Access to a partner account.
